Billy Unger arrested for DUI over the weekend

Billy Unger was arrested this past weekend for DUI on Saturday evening (June 28) in Malibu, Calif.
The 18-year-old Lab Rats actor was pulled over on Pacific Coast Highway for speeding when the deputies suspected that he was under the influence, according to
TMZ.
He blew a .08, which is barely the legal limit, but since he is underage it is considered driving under the influence. There is a special law for drivers under the age of 21 in California – if there is any alcohol in their system, the driver is under the influence.
Billy released the following statement after the news of his arrest made headlines earlier in the day.
“In light of last Saturday’s occurrence, I wish to let all my fans know how much I value and appreciate their continued support of me at this time. As I move forward responsibly in this matter, I simply ask the public, and more importantly my fans, to reserve judgment and allow the opportunity for me to address this issue properly through the legal system.”
