Chase Vacnin (born February 11, 2002) is an American actor known for playing Albie Lenza in the feature film 'Once Upon A Time in Staten Island,' the lead role of Bench in Nickelodeon's 'Drama Club,' and as a teenage mobster in 'Many Saints of Newark, a Sopranos prequel.

Life and career

Chase was born in Manhattan and raised in Long Island, NY. His mother, Lynne Vacnin, a former commercial model, is a modeling and talent manager working with talent around the USA. His father Samuel Vacnin works in real estate.

Chase has one older brother, Steven Vacnin, attending the College of William & Mary earning a BA in International Relations. His brother is also an actor.

His mother introduced Chase and his brother to the world of commercial print, eventually landing Chase his very first modeling gig-appearing on a Baby's R Us package for a stroller company.

Chases' first on-set experience was at 9 years old when he booked his first role in the film ' It's Kind of a Funny Story' with Zach Galifianakis.

At age 10 he booked the role of 'Butch the Bully' in 'The Little Rascals Save the Day.'

By age 16, he booked a lead role as 'Albie Lenza' for the film-'Once Upon A Time in Staten Island' starring opposite Naomi Watts and Frank Grillo.

He has had roles in the television series Ramy as well as short films including one for Kobe Bryant and the ESPYS. Chase also has a role in the highly anticipated Sopranos prequel, 'The Many Saints of Newark'.

Chase is a sports nut and never misses an opportunity to play. He was an active player on his high school basketball, football, and lacrosse teams.

He has spent several years honing his other passion-rap and hip hop music. Working with professional musicians, Chase continues to write, produce and record his unique style of rap.

Chase is bi-coastal and spends his time equally between New York and Los Angeles.
