She is an actress who is mostly known for her play in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2 (2011), Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire (2005) and Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince (2009).

• She attended Whalley Range High School for Girls before leaving to do her AS and A-Levels (her final two years of school) at Xaverian College.
• She is of Bangladeshi ancestry although both she and her parents were born in the UK.
• Good friends with Harry Potter co-stars Scarlett Hefner, Bonnie Wright and Katie Leung. Wright and Leung attended her wedding to Nabil Kazi in August 2018.
